Hi there, posted this in another section but may be better here.

I've picked up the CF-29 but need to install XP and all the drivers.

Tried a generic copy of XP and loading each individual driver separately but that didn't work out too well. XP was an invalid copy.

Anyway, just wondering if there's a better way or am I just better off ordering the three recovery disks and if so does anyone know a good source or download site?

I believe I need MK5-XP2M-TSW because my TB model is: CF-29NCQG8BM

Just wanted to reiterate I'm not looking for pirate copies or anything like that

I'm a Mac guy so anything Mac I can handle. I find the whole windows way of loading OS and drivers archaic that's why I was asking if using a recovery disk would be easier

Also I realize heartland is where I'd get those disks but I have seen them other places too. I have a feeling though they are probably just the drivers you can download yourself

Thanks, right now it's running Ubuntu 12.04 quite well.

Would still prefer to partition the hard drive and have the dual boot option.

Okay then...the panasonic recovery discs quoted above are just the ticket for you...Several members sell these for around$25 dollars and then the e-bayMark Hawkins has them brand new for $35
