    Reduce temperature, cpu stress and increase battery life

    Download notebook hardware control NHC. Set your appropriate cpu speeds. Then check the voltages tab. Each processor is different, but i will post my values that work stable for me.

    Multipliers: On a mk3and below it will be different. This is for mk4 and above.
    6x 0.892v
    8x 0.908v
    10x 0.924v
    12x 0.956v
    14x 0.972v
    16x 0.988v

    It will do a short test on each. This will bring your temperatures down, which in increases cpu life as well since its using lower voltages it will increase battery life. For a full test i recommend prime95 cpu stress tester. Again you may experiment with lower values, but these were stable for me.
