I did a search and find that most people email service manuals

It would obviously be better to have a list on a web page to download

If hosting is an issue i can host it on my server, i have space, also a dropbox or other free online storage systems should be enough

I found this need while searching for a CF T7 service manual, i took it apart and man these toughbooks are really built this model has so many different screws, although not as bad as the 30

Anywho i am still stuck putting it back together so im looking for a service manual for it

It sounds as if the OP has missed the thread communicating that Panasonic will be interested in taking legal action against anyone hosting service manuals on their own server. :(....thin ice....crack. :)

That is something I have not heard before...that would be hard to do since there is thousand of web sites that do this.

I'm taking it that the OP is suggesting "All Manuals for All Models"....I'm sure a Forum Member has already had a communication from the Panasonic Police.

Rob is the one who can probably answer this. I am sure he has experience and will respond on Monday.
Personally, I would like to see a site with manual's, bios updates, etc.. organized and easily accessible.
Many times someone needs an oddball bios or manual and can't find it. I have a UJ 120 Bluray that I can not find firmware for. A Sony update will not load. Panasonic has nothing listed, but I know they have 4 updates above mine. Panasonic is very protective about software/firmware. Look how slow they are to post driver updates.
Panasonic might let Rob host that kind of stuff. I imagine he has talked to them already considering he has 5 Panasonic web sites and works for a Panasonic dealer..

Yes i had no idea, nor an idea as to why that would be considered frowned upon

If that is the case then a free dropbox would suffice since anybody can create a dropbox

    example

    [email protected]
    toughbook

those credentials would work and there is nobody to take action against since its just ANOTHER email

Well depending on who could edit it would also apply. Toughwiki had to be reset a while back because of someone going in and editing a lot of stuff. You would want something like that locked down because it would be easy for someone to download a driver achive and implant a virus in it. And when you load your driver boom, got a virus.

A few months back toughbookdrivers.com sister site toughbookmanuals.com was down and now I see it is still down. It didn't have everything but it had several nice manuals. Why I try to save everything I come across. The way of the internet. Here today, gone tomorrow.
