I have really wanted to make my 28S kinda a ultimate toughbook. As in a GPS, working battery, wireless, 768 mb or 1gb Ram, EFI diagnostics and much more. Now to what this is mostly about
I got a 27 in July and took the wireless card out. Now I don’t know if it’s one of the following:
GPS, modem or WLAN or WWAN because it has a antenna. I think I saw some post about that a 28 has the same
My model number of this is SB300
My part number is 1200032
See attached photos
Now I’ve been trying to find one (a 28) with wireless and a gPS also. I have been thinking of a 28 from Germany that has a few different things with it. It as a wireless card but I think it’s a wireless modem because it has a phone on it. To see what I mean you can see it here https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/273763420274
I also found a OEM gps from the UK
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/233249111441
I’m trying to find outwhat this actually does and if I should invest in the German toughbook and harvest the parts from it to then put in mine or get yet another 28 that has a wireless card and then put that in it.
Cheers!

If you have a 27 , 28 , 29 or even a 30 with a antenna on it. It's the old cell antenna which has been out dated for many years now. Only good it is now is it makes your Toughbook look cool
