    Got a couple new old stock batteries that act odd.
    What is available to test them?
    Preferably it will test both batteries in the laptop as the unit has both installed.

    I will investigate those ideas. Will they test the batteries or just report power levels?

    What I am hoping for is a benchmark type of test that also records the battery statistics as the system is run at maximum for a period.
    The batteries don't act strange until a high constant load is put on them. Such as loading Windows 7 or other large software packages.

    Maybe I need 2 bits of software. One to benchmark the system and one to record battery levels, temperatures, etc as the system is benchmarked.
