    Hello,

    Are there any reliable sources for a new OEM battery for a CF-31?

    I've tried a few places and I can't get a new-in-box battery. Just claims of a new battery but I am leery especially with some prices over $200.

    Also, if anyone knows of a way to validate a battery is really new, I would really appreciate it.

    From what I can tell, there's no utility that will give you a health score of a Toughbook battery like you could on some devices. I am running the Panasonic Battery Calibration utility now but it seems that it will just charge/discharge it.

    I've used batterybarpro for years and have had good luck with it. You get immediate health reports on your battery--battery wear, capacity, etc. . . The Pro version for 8$ ( a one-time payment) is great.
