    The guy who developed this and wrote the book was on NPR a month or so ago. I'm not sure it's all true, but it is interesting. I'd like to know what Mnem has to say about this.

    It is better u know a very long easily speaking sentence as a password, than u have such a crypted password, which u write on a note on ur desk to remember....

    I use services that access highly sensitive info (credit, ACH, etc). They require very secure passwords and insist I change them to something very different every 3 months. Sticky note on the monitor works for me.

    I love it when they say it has to be 8 characters long, have a number, lower case letter, capital letter, special character, and then tell me I can't use what I typed becuase I've used it within the last century.
