HI,
first go into device manager and locate ur mouse, then right click on ur mouse icon and click update drive, then click on advace mode and then locate the folder where you have downloaded the toughscreen drivers and click next and that it you should have it working.............. -
Thanks for the quick reply. I may not have been clear on my problem. I dont know where to find the right driver. None of the drivers online I see listed include my odd model number. I have tried installing them all and none will go through. Is there a driver out there that includes my model for xp?

The touchscreen is very forgiving as to its driver. I've been using the same touchscreen driver for every new install I do... Regardless of model type and it works fine. It the way that it is installed that matters most. This forum is loaded with driver threads that have links to CF-28 drivers... You may have to go to Pannasonic in Canada... Or Japan... Or Australia... or...

I have literaly tried 10 different drivers for the touchscreen. None of them will even install, they all error out. I have done it as said the whole time. I spent a couple hours going through this forum for info on this. This is driving me nuts.
thanks for the help, i guess I am still stuck though -
ok,
how about you tell us how you are installing it first, -
Use the driver you think is for your model. One of the ten. I had hard time installing but that driver should work. Its just a different driver installation than what is normal. I think DJACID is right. Extract it first then goto the mouse properties panel and click update driver.

after the installation calibrate the touchscreen

think he must have sorted it by now,
as he hadnt replyed back...........
