35 pounds. Has a orange plasma screen and a built-in printer on the back. This is a classic. Nobody could possibly carry this computer around. This model is FT-80 with one 5¼" floppy drive and a hard drive, another model, FT-70, had two 5¼" floppy drives. There is also a big brother to this computer called "Senior Partner" which was even bigger!

I'm betting a 10mb MFM in that bad boy. 5 1/4 inch half height.
I just discovered the no hard drive dual floppy version cost $2595.00 new.

The internal workings of the Panasonic Executive Partner were controlled by a 8086-2 microprocessor. It could be run in two modes, a fast and a slow mode. The slower mode would match up with the speed of an IBM PC. The faster mode was 7.16 megahertz and was around twice as fast as an IBM PC. A light on the keyboard would show if the mode was fast or slow. The processor was accompanied by 256 kilobytes of random access memory ( RAM ). It was expandable to 640 kilobytes, but all the memory chips needed to be replaced.

    In action

I thought my CF-41 MKII w/cdrom under the keyboard and side mounted floppy, hdd running Win95 was pretty old.
Army National Guard emblem on the black lid.
    Kinda cute.
    Anybody have a battery? :D
Now where's Cleve's list? Need a Linux distro on a floppy.

This has an integrated printer in the back and all the programs on floppy,it was used in a machine shop for years and everything is supposed to work. Honestly,I bought it so it wouldn't end up in the scrap pile.I'm hoping that someone wants to give it a good home who collects this kind of thing. I'm amazed it's still in the factory bag.

If not it will sit on display here. :D
