I have been doing a bunch of swapping and re-doing in the house. I finally found a good cabinet that I liked that wasn't a arm and a leg and picked it up today. After cleaning it up and moving it into the corner I started loading it up. I am going to have to take some of the non-toughbooks out to get them all to fit, lol. I will have more room when I get the 18's and 73's done up and out of there. So far I have stuffed in there,
D900K - 1
SAGER D47 - 1
T22 -1
TRANSNOTE -1
MC-C5 -3
CF-25 -1
CF-27 -2
CF-28 -4
CF-30 -1
CF-17 -1
CF-M34 -3
CF-18 -8
CF-19 -1
CF-50 -4
CF-51 -1
and various docks and accessories.

I still have about 10 to 12 more to stuff in there. When my new Winchester 45 safe shows up tomorrow I will be keeping the 30 and 19's in it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
You're a good man, you just helped my wife rationalise my starting collection.
Macbook air 13, 11, macbook unibody, macbook pro 13", macbook 17" and now my first Toughbook CF-19 mk5. But I've got an eye on a nicely priced CF-19 mk2...
But first, I'm gonna enjoy my emissive keyboard!! -
Well about half of them should be gone by the end of this year. I still have some CF-28's that were used by my kids to get rid of. The CF-73's I stared getting to upgrade the kids then I discovered how hard it was to get caddy's and batteries for a good price. I swapped two of them over to CF-50 Mk4's got two extra 50's when the kids friends come over. Nice not to hear any fighting over them. The CF-25 is a project just to see what I can do with it. Not bad so far. I have about 60 bucks in it and have factory wall charger, car charger, floppy drive, cd drive and it's in very good shape. Only thing missing is the media bay door. The two CF-27's are the same. I got them from springfield. Me and my son do a bunch of VS stuff. His same spec machine against mine. We will choose OS software and was thinking to let you guys vote for the winner. I am waiting parts to finish one of them off(caddy, battery, etc). Then it will be time to duke it out.

This is mine 59 high X 34 wide X 30 deep...about 500lbs
fireproof and yes it's installed in the wall. I have it divided in half and one side has 13 shelves (MDF) spaced 3 inches apart ...just fits the toughbooks but them damn GoBooks are 4 inches...never planned on them so will be pulling it apart when I move it. I just moved back to the new house and have not had time or the man power to move it yet. Had to get my daughter to take a pic because she is living in it now.

Today I finally got my safe in and got it installed. I got the Winchester Ranger 45. 945 LBS empty. It took me and the 3 guys they sent out to deliver it to get it up the 4 steps at the back of my house and through the double doors at the back. Once we got it into the house an stood back up on the sliders it was smooth sailing.

This is the one I got, thank god I didn't have to pay that much for it. I got it for around 1100. But being gone at work 28 days at a time I won't have to worry about what I keep in it. I do like the door pack that comes with it. I didn't think my 1911 would fit the door but it works fine. Since it' a taller safe it has two shelves on the top. The top shelf is where I am keeping my really good computers. I will see about a couple of pictures of it in the morning. -

I can tell you first hand it's well worth the price. Some might think we are nuts to pay that much but I had my house broken into 5 years ago and lost a lot of computers and some of my coin collection. Never again

Though most are now gone, I did have anything so nice for my madness.
Just a few plastic shelves.

Most of the CF-28's I have left are 800 mhz but I still have one or two 1000 mhz left. I have sold three of the ones my kids used before, but still have one they used and the two spares I had put up for them for just incase. None of them have factory wlan, I just added a broadband card and rolled the antenna up under the battery. Worked fine here in the house close to the router.
I am just about out of parts I had for the CF-18's so when I get the last two I have parts for together the rest will go for between 50 to 60 a pop just to clear them out. -

Ador... Your cabinet reminds me of my shop... except cleaner. Since I am not building Toughbooks for a living anymore my wife is on me to get rid of them all.... But I need to keep them....
