hahaha....it sounds as if the self-help dvd's work then.

There will be a film next year, they are probably already chasing "Brad" for the lead part, & then a book....I wonder if he'll disclose how to have multiple NBR user ID's banned.

    I'm glad we were friends....it may pay off. :D :D :D

EDIT: I just realised that a neighbours Cat used my ID to make reference to "Crap-Hawk Toughbook's" in the past. :(

These contracts are called for and published AFAIK (at least that's how it goes in Europe, you get a call for offers with a number and you can make offers on that call) but I can't find the contract or call published anywhere. And I know <2milion isn't big for a military contract, but it's significant enough to be published I guess.
So bottom line: unless I see it published on an official site, I am not buying it!

I really have a hard time believing they'd allow a civilian contractor to manage these devices in a potentially unsecure location with no definable chain of custody. I really cannot speak as to why ;) * but I seriously doubt the validity of this claim. When the Fed disposes of this kind of gear it's a one-way deal, and they're sanitized before they leave. Unless they're NASA. Then you can recover hard drives out of the dumpster across the street from Der Vaffle Haus.

The only references I can find to SPN8E6-12-D-003/R0017 are here and on Brad's site.

As a sidenote; I gotta give Brad credit. He's taken the symbol of our derision (That hideous step-tread rubber stick-on dingus) and turned it into a badge of honor. It is now the Rubber Knobby Protector™. Just goes to show that nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the average American with money to burn; evidently he is STILL selling CF-29s as a currently viable model.

    * Well, I could say... but then I'd have to eat you. And everybody else who can read this.

Yeah... I have a hard time believing that the US Govt would do anything with this guy except collect his taxes! His builds were crap (that I saw) and his other "inventions" were cheesy at best. Put that together with an annoying personality that was a cross between fingernails on a blackboard and slow driver in the fast lane and you have... Well... A government contractor.

Seriously though... I would think he'd be eaten alive.

    That's weird...
i just wrote a decent sized comment.... Nothing showed up here...
We called him out on it, got a response from an imaginary woman 'working" for bh, informed him of misinformation/lies and fraud...
Told him to quit while he could.
Surprise surprise, no response and the website has been updated... can't find his GOVT contract anywhere..

We are all assuming the Gov't officials have a clue. Why wouldn't he get a contract?

I am not speaking of or trying to insult Brad in any way. I never met him and don't really care if I do. The disclaimer being said....
Human nature is that we seek like kind to be around. Intelligence seeks intelligence , idiots seek other idiots, drunks seek drunks, etc...
Do the Gov't officials fail into the intelligence or the idiot category???? I won't state my opinion, but I bet you can read between the lines.
When I drove school bus, I hauled 6 year olds that could understand they have to compromise in order to get along........ UGH

GOD bless the USA, a country that allows me to state my opinion of the Gov't in an open forum......
