    I have opportunity to buy used CF-28 without battery and hard disc (without HDD-cage) for $50,00 and it is really cheap auction. Touchscreen as I contact with seller should be working and only problem is answer from more experience users it is a good idea? You talking about brighnest and other stuff around Flat Panel subject so maybe might to help.
