I have just purchased a FZ-G1, it has 256gb msata SSD and 8gb ram. It works great, very happy with it.

I got it to download photos from my camera and then on to a 1tb external SSD while I am in Iceland next year (hopefully). I would like to increase the size of the msata SSD in the Tab. Does any one know if the FZ-G1 has a size restriction on the SSD. Thanks.

Thanks Mate, I'm sure he does or can point me in the right direction. Can't seem to find any thing on the net, must be asking the wrong questions.

Looks like I can go up to 1tb anyway, would be nice to double that, but beggar's can't be choosers.

I don't know the answer. Well I can't REMEMBER the answer. Memory is bad lately. Medication change.

Maybe I will boot one of my G1's and see what's inside.

Thanks Shawn, sorry about the memory issue. I have a 256gb in mine, I want to up it a bit. I see I can get it to 1tb, not sure if it will go above that. I think I will just take it to the 1tb mark and get a 2nd external ssd.

I had a 512 GB msata drive in mine, so I know it supports that much.
    Zheino was brand name.
