    Hi all.

Firstly I would like to say that I am aware there are posts regarding this problem, unfortunately as you can see form the name we are a laptop company and have technicians who are very good at problem solving, however, we cannot solve this issue with getting our CF-19 touchscreens working with XP Pro.

As you are probably aware, we do not have a restore disk for this laptop and are trying to load all relevant drivers to it.

We started with speaking with Panasonic who in turn guided us through all the steps showing in other posts.

Here is where we are now

We have the laptop showing touchpad/touchscreen in device manager, and still are having no joy with it. I thought that after having this we may be able to install the tscreen exe file, but we still get the not supported message.

I will add incase it helps that it has previously had Vista running on it with the screen working so we know it does work

We are looking and appreciate any help in which can be given or anyone who wouldnt mind guiding us to an original mk1 restore disk for XP would also be greatly appreciated.

We look forward to your help
