Okay. I have no clue how to take this machine apart. I've taken out all the screws I can see; bottom of the case, under the touchpad, in the hinges of the LCD and all four on the front of the LCD. The case won't budge. I need to get it apart right now to rebelt the motorized CD tray.

Does anyone possibly have an old service manual for this machine? Or does anyone have a dusty recollection from servicing these back in the '90s? Anything would help.

    Under the keyboard?

There is a screw in the back that does something with manual CD release.

    Saw it on a video.
