The global launch of the medical tablet pc has just been announced. It seems like it might be a winner beyond the healthcare market where it is aimed at. Toughbook H1 MCA Now all I need to do is save enough to get it...

That thing looks pretty cool. I would never buy one myself but if i was given one i sure as hell would love it :)

It has a ton of features built in which is really nice.

Well i wonder if it will be a big seller or not.

It'll be a big seller in the Healthcare industry. It is made just for them. But something interesting is that the screen technology, DuoTouch, that they use is not using a Wacom digitizer but an InPlay digitizer/touch combo. And if you look at InPlay's website for that option you see a tablet pc which looks a lot like the CF-19. It makes me wonder if the future versions of CF-19 will stop having separate versions of for touch and for pen and just have one version for both. Finepoint MPRD and MPCD on a toughbook I also like how this tablet pc lays on a table to allow for easier reading/writing and air to circulate so it won't get as hot.

I would say you are thinking in the right direction. With the next version of the CF-19 you will more then likley see a touch screen model and a duo touch with touch screen/digitizer. Keep an eye out in the January time frame :D
