    There are lots of pictures here Toughbook MCA and it appears to have dual hot-swappable batteries. Not sure about all the specs but it looks nice. I hope they continue the dual hot-swappable batteries across the other toughbook lines.

    They will for sure... no one really use's DVD drives during the day, but usually in spurts to load software... once software is loaded one wouldn't need a drive necessarily. Also if you do need a disc in to run a program, then you can always just use virtual drives with images (being that large hard drives are cheap now anyways)
