    Hi guys.

First of all sorry for my english.

    I have: CF-19PJRFXAM mk3
    Win XP SP3

As i was told: almost all cf-19s have bluetooth, but it will not show up in bios or device manager.

There is no standart bluetooth indicator in taskbar or Control Panel.
I cant find Bluetooth in BIOS.

But I can see bluetooth in device manager (in network adapters).
Well, I could see it before win xp sp2 was updated to sp3 and i cant see it now.

Is there any chance for me to find and use bluetooth?

    Thanks.

Bluetooth doesn't show in the bios because you don't have Bluetooth, at least not as originally equipped. It looks like you have a Federal model which typically doesn't have Wlan, Bluetooth and Absolute in bios.

So why the frakk did they build it with dual passthrough when they're deliberately disabling WLAN?

But my laptop have WLAN for sure...
    And it works just fine.

If there is no BT, than how can i see it in Device manager (network adapters)?

This bluetooth dongle will let you install it on USB port, search BLUETOOTH NANO USB (smallest USB bluetooth devices I have seen)

USB 3.0 NANO BLUETOOTH V2.0 EDR DONGLE WIRELESS ADAPTER | eBay

but not sure if your port cover will close afterwards with the dongle still inside, I tried something similar on CF-18 and the cover bowed out a little. Works great on CF-28 and CF-29 though.

That dongle appears to be the same size as the dongles that come with several Mouse's. Like the Nano item. I have an extra mouse that has one of these, I will see if my cover will close for you.

Would it be better for him to get a 2.1 instead of 2.0EDR?

Because they have a base setup and they just use that instead of making things more complicated... (As if it isn't freaking complicated enough!!)

To make it more complicated try figuring in a Car Docking Station :( You can spend $500.00 to $800.00 on a dock that you must configure for the exact Pass Thru's. If you have more than one 30 series for example and the PT's are different your screwed!!!Unless you take the time to mod the dock of course.
