    Hello all.

    I'm trying to repair a cf-18, the problem is

    laptop runs fine off the battery only. The ac supply chanrges the battery fine when the laptop is shutdown.

    Laptop will not power on if the ac is plugged in, whether the battery is in or not.

    Any ideas ? Thank you in anticipation.

    Does anybody have a link to the cf-18 service manual ?
