Anyone have a clue what the black decals are made from?

It's the double sided backing. The very thin black plastic is another story.

I have some heavy stickers from work that appear to be the same material as Panasonic.
They use a 3M 300LSE adhesive backing.
The sticker I have from work measures .015 thick including adhesive. That's 15 mil.
I am guessing the black plastic/vinyl is about 7.5 or 10 mil. -
It's Lexan polycarbonate.
Now I need to find a source. -

Finding the matte black with adhesive already applied is a challenge.
Or what I find is 2 mil thick. I want a minimum of 5 mil to keep it durable. -
