Saw this on eBay; seems a bit pricey to me, but also a bit hard to duplicate even with my natural ingenuity...
Just thought I'd pass it on,

There are lies, and there are DAMN lies... and then, there are statistics.

Do you have a link to what your talking about?
-
Well, without seeing it? It seems a bit pricey to me as well.
-
Must be that new-fangled stealth antenna connector with cloaking device..
-
Personally... I don't like it... Just way too much money!
-
It looks like something I've always dreamed about, though. I think... I don't know, this *is* only a hobby, and it is out of my budget, really.

Wonder if it was this?

Hmmmm... I think I have some of those connectors mounted on a PC board. It came in a suitcase-mounted CF27 I bought years ago. Seems that whoever built the suitcase made a homemade docking station for it. I should see if they mate up with the thing on the back of the toughbook. I'm stuck in chicago right now, I'll check this weekend when i'm home

If that is it.. HOLY SH** !! That seems way overpriced. must be a proprietary connector for the TB only....
-
As far as I've heard, it is.
-
Urrrkkk...

If that is the picture, its the same thing that is built into the kodiak iDock -- ending up in coax out on the back side of the iDock.
