B and C movies are an entertainment form all their own. People either love them or hate them.

Just was watching the show 'Human Target', and before anyone comments, it amuses me... :p
The episode where the baddies have taken over an opera house, the FBI shows up later and during the obligatory stand what appears to be a CF-18 or 19. At least that's what I saw, it happened a little quicker than I liked...

LOL no I'm use to seeing the full rugged ones. This was in a SUV in a school zone where people slow down to about 8 MPH on morning commute when they see him.

Ford Commercials with Mike Rowe for Ford service are showing what looks to be either 30s or 31s. Not real sure as I'm not that familiar with those models.... :)

Inside Man, about 20 minutes into the movie inside William Defoe's police command center, looks like a 29 or 30. You can see it a few times later too.

A Toughbook made brief appearance in "The Tourist" (starring Johnny Depp & Angelina Jolie). Looks like a 72/74? Can't be sure.

"NCIS", Season 8, Episode 17: "One Last Score" (1 Mar 2011): NCIS Special Agent Erica Jane 'EJ' Barrett exits the elevator carrying a black Toughbook (a black CF-29, perhaps?).

Correction: Just watched the DVR recording; she's carrying a Getac B300. :eek2:

Yeah, we've seen those. The tunnel roll is CGI; and calling that Bugatti a "production car" is like calling the Space Shuttle a "production aircraft".

Lots of ToughBooks though. I notice they didn't put a Toughbook INSIDE that Bugatti... probably afraid it would infect it with lumpy-ness.

Two (three?) new Toughbook sightings:

Last night: two CF-19s on Sanctuary: one used by "journalist"(CIA Agent, actually)/hostage and one used by bad guy/hostage taker.

Today: CF-19 used by Sears Home Service technician working on our refrigerator.

May be selling the tech one of my CF-29s, as he likes the Toughbook; but prefers the larger size and carry handle not prresent in the CF-19 Toughbook tablet.

The cover to the movie "pacifier" (vin desil), CF29
The random EMT I harassed about his 19 at the airport
The Miller delivery driver who let me fondle his unit (CF19) while in a convenient store
The cop who pulled up next to the white boy in a part of the hood I shouldn't have been in (CF30). He was admiring my 29 and how it was mounted in the (rental) Dodge Caravan

I've seen numerous CF-31's on Bomb Patrol Afghanistan. And I think I saw a CF-19, but I'm not sure which episode that was.
There seem to be several TB's on the EOD team.

Ford uses them for their IDS system. It is basically a fancy scan tool for check engine lights, but it also can reprogram the PCM, and control just about anything the PCM has control over. You can even turn the wipers on and off from it.

That's weird... They usually carry the CF-18 or CF-19... They like the convertible screen and smaller body. The Ford dealer where I worked had a few CF-18s... They loved me after I spiffed them both up for them.

I was watching a rerun of Mr & Mrs Smith the other day and saw a CF-28... It was obviously Hollywood because they had it doing things faster than it should/could.
