This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ohhh man my dream, my sweet infinite dream is if I could get a MacBook Pro that would be built like a Panasonic ToughBook... my MacBook Pro has so far really well through the knocks and falls it has suffered, thank G-d with all my heart, may He continue to keep it safe, but man, if this thing was built like a Toughbook life would be grand, and I would work on the beach.
