    Supposing it's not stock, how difficult do you think it would be to drop that keyboard into the CF-74?

    Well there is no connector for the backlighting, so you'd have to mod something. Plain 5V off the mobo should get it lit, but getting on/off/adjustable brightness using the hotkeys would be nice.

    Rob, suggest asking that seller if the adjustable brightness works on his CF-74, and let us know.

    But srsly??!??!? Is one of ANY Toughbook enough???? I think we ALL know the answer to that one!

    only up to 2 cf-74's so far. still love the cf-29 and cf-51 duos and all the mods one can do. have been eyeing the cf-30 7500's and know it's gonna get me.... just trying to not get bit too hard..Driller
