    I have a CF19 MK2 with 2 Wireless Cards (inernal and PCMCIA)
    OS: Windows XP Pro SP3

To make it a bit more comfotable:

Isn't it possible to use the free Mini PCI-E Slot for a 2nd WLAN Card?

I tried to put in a Intel 3945ABG card but it was not recognized by the device manager.
(I controlled several Bios Settings, tried differend Jumper settings near by the card, taped over pin20 of the card - no success)

The 3945abg works fine in an FSC 1520SI, so the card is ok.

Anyone an idea, or is it really impossible?

    Thanks in advance

:( No, sorry, but I think, it is electrical impossible, coz there are not all signals which are necessary for a WLAN-card (PCIE-lanes and so on) on the HSDPA slot. Have a look into the schematic and u will see, what I say.

    Hi

it's an CF-19FHGAXBG (by the way, what does govt mean?)

I think there is the problem.
As i found out, all UMTS Cards are just connected to USB of the MiniPCI-E Port.

I ordered an Delock industry WLAN Mini PCI Express 54Mbps 95801 yesterday
DeLOCK > Produkte > Industrie Module > 95801 Delock industry WLAN Mini PCI Express 54Mbps

It uses an Ralink Usb 2.0 Chipset :)

    Hope this card works...
