Laptop is a CFM34NPFZEM.
XP found all the drivers except for one just listed as "unknown device".
The hardware ID is:
ACPI\MAT0011
Any ideas?
EDIT: Hmm, my BIOS mentions a touchscreen... I did a quick search but I didn't see where to get the files and drivers for this?

Did you install your hotkey drivers?
-
No, I did not. I went to http://www.panasonic.ca/english/customercare/sandd/softwarequery.asp and punched in CFM34NPFZEM only to get a sound driver.

Have you installed all the drivers on the Panasonic site for your model? If not, you need to do so and make sure you get the latest if more than one is listed for a particular function. In order to have all your features to work properly, you must install the Panasonic drivers. If you need any help, check the stickies first before you ask in the open forum. The stickies will answer most if not all questions.

As I just posted, the Panasonic site shows NO downloads for my model except the sound.

Wrong site! Try this one:
