Hi I'm sure we all get this now and then - trying to identify an unknown toughbook model code using the configurator link on this page, only to discover it gives no results perhaps because it's a custom OEM model code specific to one customer.

So to kick this off, I'm trying to identify a CF-19CHBCNBA. Can anyone tell me it's config details please?

From what google is telling me, I think it's a Mk 1 CF19 with touchscreen.

    Craig.

One reason why it is not working for you is because it's only for USA Toughbook. The "A" at the end of it tells me it's a overseas model.

Good point - 'A' quite possibly means Australia. My existing CF18 and CF29 are both ex-Telstra units and their codes don't resolve in the configurator either.

    Craig.

Ok this is what I did. I went here CF-19 Tablet - ToughWiki and looked up your model number (CF-19CHBC NBA) . I could not find a "N" so I put in "X" for Wireless ready and "M" for North America and below is what I got

guess mklym beat me to it

    C is MK1 (always)
    H is 10.4" TS.
B is 80 Gb but the important part is the dual antenna connectors. (drives change, yes?)Check your dock.
C is GPS and Bluetooth (Good One)
N whatever wireless is used by this Company/country
    B XP Pro.
    A Australia

So important parts...MK1-TS-Dual connector-GPS/Bluetooth-XP Pro. The rest is superfluous. To me.

    :)
