    Hello to all,

I'm new to this forum, I now am a toughbook owner. I have used this forum to research which model I wanted, features, and where to buy. I have upgraded my ram (which was easy) considering I haven't a clue about computers except to mash buttons and send e-mails. I have a couple of questions for you guys. Can you upgrade the video card? Upgrade the sound (speaker)? And where can I find PMCIA port covers?

"Can you upgrade the video card?"
    No.

    "Upgrade the sound (speaker)?"
No, not unless you want to wire a larger one externally.

"And where can I find PMCIA port covers?"
EBAY is your best bet. that's where we found the AC Port Covers.
