    I have a CF-18KD and the up and down keys do not work...not even in the bios and not even with a different keyboard that I know works....Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Travis

    Gotta be a busted connector on the board probably.

    Have you checked to see if you have any gunk/crap in your connector. It happen to me on a 51. I used a tooth brush and compressed air to clean it. :D

    Make sure you still use it to brush your teeth... It will take the plaque off better ;)
