This is what I was sent by panasonic...
Panasonic Toughbook is pleased to announce improvements and upgrades to the
Toughbook Support website. Stay up and running with must-have support
materials, like software updates, firmware upgrades, BIOS/ECs, and drivers.
Useful reference materials including product manuals and FAQs are also
available, and you can now easily manage all of your Toughbook product
registrations in one place - just add, edit, or delete. Plus, Toughbook
Support representatives will soon be available to chat live with you online,
Monday through Friday during business hours.
During this process, it was necessary to reset your account login
information. Your new login is as follows:
After logging in, please verify your account information. If you have not yet
registered any of your Toughbook products, you will need to register at least
one to complete the account registration process. This will grant you access
to all of the new features of the Toughbook Support site.
Thank you for choosing Panasonic Toughbook for your mobile computing needs.
Please visit Toughbook Support at:

Should you encounter any difficulties accessing the site, or need your
password reset, please contact:
The site is totally different now, alot more user friendly & LOTS of updated info. LOTS of new things available there. But now, you HAVE to register a Toughbook to be able to access the advanced features.
Still can't find the configurator. Or maybe I'm just tired, or getting old... -
Looks pretty much like it was before... Maybe a few more additions. It's nice to have all the drivers in one place though. I noticed that they have a BIOS upgrade for 512MB RAM support.
