    I am pretty sure that is a CF-19. It would have been a tragedy if it had hit the kid!

    It was a 19, speaker in the LCD frame.

    It was in surprisingly good shape for how far it must have fallen. Had it bee a conventional laptop I'm sure it would have pretty much disintegrated. :)

    As I mentioned in the other thread, it just depends on whether the G-force limits were exceeded, and if so, by how much. Hitting the ground at over 125 mph pulls a slightly higher amount of G's than just dropping it on the floor from three feet.
