Please join me in welcoming Tomcat57 as the newest moderator of the Panasonic Forum.

I feel that Tomcat has been instrumental in helping to make this THE PLACE on the Internet for reliable info on Toughbooks as well as other general PC info and hacks. He is almost always the first to respond when someone needs help and always has a great attitude while doing it. While we are not generally known for flaming newbies... I think Alex shows extreme patience and always goes out of his way to help. I've sought his wisdom and guidance on so many issues I've lost count.

While he won't be as busy as he would be if he was working the Dull Forum I'm sure he will stay busy enough... He always does!

So... Here's to you Mr. New Panasonic Forum Moderator Man....

 

Congrats! I always try to read Toughbook's and your posts because of the great info. I know I'm a newbe but I learn alot from your posts.....

enough sucking up... how about a sticky on win 7 update problems, how tos on installing, know issues with the toughbooks, Already know about the screen brightness issue (reading your post)

Charlotte.. When I first joined the forum I spent hours and hours, reading posts that went back over one year or so
There is posts here from some very knowledgeable and interesting people
You really have to read through all the posts in a thread as the Toughbook enthusiasts here have their own sense of organization
A thread might start out discussing an issue on a hard drive for a cf-28 and we end up talking about the battery capacity for a cf-18 lol

Alex, this is good!!... The same two moderators are moderating at my forums as well (Alex and Rick...) (Although Rick doesn't do much lol...)

I would like to add that Alex has a lot of patience with everyone... Especially all that has been going on lately in the hidden forums over at Toughbooktalk. Alex even had enough patience to call me on the phone to talk about some things that needed to be straightened out. THANKS ALEX FOR ALL OF YOU DEDICATION AND HARD WORK!!!
