Hi, i can buy another CF-29 cheap.

    The serial number is :

    CF-29ETKGHG2..

    I already found this :
    Mk2 29E Pentium mobile 718 1.3Ghz 256MB onboard - 1.2GB max DDR-1 PC-2700 - 2.5" IDE/PATA
    T: 13.3" XGA TS
    K: 40GB HD & 256MB onboard RAM
    G: Floppy, Ethernet

But i dont know what the HG2 means....

Oh, and i already have a Mk3 Cf-29, but the touchscreen of the Mk3 doesnt stay calibrated...

Has the CF-29 Mk2 also these problems ?

I think it was originally sold in Europe. I can't find out any specific buyer or organization.
Pretty sure H means GPRS. Don't know which Tel co.
G means Win XP pro MUI.
2 is the country. Perhaps 2 signifies Europe and not a specific country.

    @MB:

I looked at a similar spec MK2 about two years ago, if I recall correctly....

    H - 1.8 Mbps HSDPA (European Networks)
G - XP Pro Multilingual User Interface
2 - UK Keyboard with a European Power Cord

I never cracked "The Code" regarding the KB/Power Cord combinations....you can get a UK KB/Spanish Power Cord, US KB/French Power Cord & so on....the AC adaptor is the same in all countries it's just the Power Cord that changes....there are seven or eight combinations. :)
