    What is the official Panasonic order in which to load drivers?

    Where is the recommended order for loading drivers posted? I have the Panasonic installation instructions but they are in alphabetical order. Is it in one of the stickies because I can't seem to find it.

    Need to know which ToughBook model. There is a downloadable file usually named something like "install order" or "install instructions" in the Panasonic download site for each model.

    In your other thread I posted the link to installing W7, you can use this for XP to but you need to remember....the Misc Driver. A lot of the drivers that follow this will NOT load unless you install the misc driver FIRST!..Do you have this installed now I wonder ??

    I have both a CF-30 and a CF-51 I need to reinstall. I have the Installation instructions for both and they don't show a certain order other then maybe one driver saying you need to load this one before that one. I thought Panasonic had a list saying load the inf first, then the video, then the misc driver, and etc. ...

    Really I don't think I have ever seen a 1-2-3 driver order from Panny...that worked :rolleyes: . At one time I was spending hours loading XP on my Toughbooks and then a member said... Hello that is so yesterday...God man get the restore / recovery disk... Now if its W7 we have all the hard work done you just have to read the how to
