    I have a toughbook CF-18 MK4 (CF-18KHHZXBM).

I always look at ebay and i see some listed for $500+. Not that I'm thinking of selling at the moment, but I'm curious what it could realistically be sold for?

It has brand new LCD and Touch Panel, and internal GPS+ Bluetooth (both non OEM).
Cosmetic condition is probably 6/10 (has some scratches).
All port covers in tact (new DC port cover)
DC brick is from a thinkpad, and it's in rough shape
    Battery holds a charge well
    Windows 7 installed

    Any estimates would be appreciated

This maybe the deal killer for you. Two weeks ago I could of picked up one like yours for $159.00 - $179.00 shipped. This seller had 5 of them and it had OEM GPS too.. To get top dollar for your 18 it needs to be in good shape and with the CF-19's dropping below $500.00 its going to be a hard sell. If yours is a 6/10 maybe $200-$300 . It's best to sell it in pieces...you will get more.
