    My hard drive crashed got a used one and need the os. Where can I download it "quickest option" onto a thumb drive.

    I you need to purchase it, WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL OEM KEY SP1.

    If you already have the proper license/product key and only need to download an ISO: Ultimate / Professional / Home Premium / Home Basic

    Or, directly from Micro$lop here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7 (you will need to enter your product key).

    Best to use phone activation if your system is not automatically activated. I like using the option to have them text me a link to activate using a smartphone best. But, you have to start by doing the phone activation process and then choosing that option. (Initiate the call using a smartphone.)

    I am sure it has the original windows xp sticker on the bottom and it could also be worn. I would like a faster but lighter laptop that has touch screen and also a serial port but not pay to much for it.

    I buy lots of stuff from Kinguin.net (including Wolfenstein Youngblood today for under $20 with DLC). My Windows 10 Pro, Windows 7 Pro, Ultimate and Windows 8.X Pro were all purchased there. I haven't used a recent ISO from getintoPC, but the of W7 Pro installation on my HP laptop is an older ISO from them (downloaded a couple of years ago) without all of the Micro$lop update filth and security cancer included.
