Which frequencies does the HSDPA module operate on? 2100, 1900, 850?

Does anyone have a link to the HSDPA operating instructions online?

    Thanks in advance

HSDPA is not set to a specific band. It can technically run on any band. But it is up to the service provider / government to set the Band that it will run on. What country and carrier do you want to use?

In the US and Canada pretty sure they run it on the 850 band.

    Thanks for your replies.

I am initially aiming to use it in Europe, which uses the 2100 band, but I'll also be needing to use it in the USA in the future, which operates on the 1900/850 Band.

According to some confusing technical specs I found on the panasonic website, it suggests that a European-bought module operates on HSDPA only at 2100 whilst a US bought modules operates on all 3 bands?

You will have to look around and find a HSDPA modem that runs on all the bands. This will be hard to find (at least i have never seen one) They are usualy like: "Quad Band Modem with HSDPA (2100) Meaning that the quad band is GPRS and it has HSDPA on the 2100 band

the modern HSDPA modems are all tri-band. Novatel, Sierra Wireless and Option make them. They are also starting to use HSUPA as well.
