I opened the display and found on the left upper corner this little gum-cork and the gum-cover looks also to get an antenna. does anyone know, how they looks and for which service?

Possibly, if i not add an other antenna, i want to place the pen for the touchscreen usage in the hole, in a waterproof mantle.

The bottom of the antenna tube sticks into a rubber plug. The plug should be there whether you have the antenna or not. (If it is the same as the CF-28!) The antenna tube slides down into the rubber plug and is then held in place by the screws on the top of the antenna.
