I have a CF-51PF4EEBM that has off color pixels on the boot screen. They mostly go away when it boots. My question is the motherboard or screen on the way out?

Thank you for the information. I had downloaded the program and was about to run it when I noticed besides the odd pixels, there were odd characters on the boot screen. So I opened it up thinking maybe the CPU was not seated correctly. I pulled the cpu out and was going to reseat it. After I reseated it. I rebooted and and the problem was worse. I had some extra cpus, so I decided to swap it out. When I went to put the new cpu in, it wouldn't fit. There was something shiny in the socket. I looked closer and found a broken pin in the socket, checking the old cpu I found it was missing pin. I was able to turn the computer upside down and the pin just fell out. After that I popped in a new cpu and all is well now.
