I was always losing my camera's SD cards until I got this. These are very handy to have and only around $6.00. Now you have a good use for the PCMCIA slot.

I'd like to try this in a CF-52 Mk3, which is i5-540. I see Hp and Sony brands. Which one worked in your CF-19? Do you think it has drivers for Win7?

    Ken,
IBM and Hp branded cards will NOT work.
The original card in the CF-52 Mk3 was an Intel 6200..As far as Intel cards go, you will probably find that you will have to stick with any in the 6000 series. The BIOS has a whitelist.

Personally, I would get a 6000 series that uses 3 antennas. Guess would be 6300. Stick a flag antenna under the cover where the smartcard or fingerprint reader would go.
Atheros based cards seemed to be hit and miss on my CF 52 Mk2. I had a lot of misses. I can get the Atheros based SR71 to work in a CF19 and a CF30, but not in either of my CF 52's.

I download the latest driver only package direct from Intel..version 15 or 16 is the latest. Works great on all my Toughbooks.
