    folks
I had the cf-28 appart yesterday and snaked a 19" pigtail out to the rim oposite the stock antenna, the surgery went well and the machine still works but there is NO slack and I am not happy with the routing i had to use. That being said I have looked all over the net for a 24" or so pigtail to no avail. I did find one place on the web that offers "custom" cables but they want 39.95 for one 24" unit plus shipping! For you folks that have done this where have you purchased your pigtails, or where have you purchased the stock to make them?

    thanks

www.netgate.com... But you have to fab your own mount. These are not bulkhead mounts.

I haven't done this particlar mod yet, but Fab-corp is often a good source for pigtails, connectors and antennae. They are nice guys, and some of them are active wardrivers as well.
