I bought a new camera - Sony SLT A58 - and I am considering adding memory stick card to it (it's not as fast as the SD UHS-1 cards; however the camera is not supporting UHS interface, so dying Memory Stick format is the fastest possible solution).

Will my laptop read that memory stick card? I read that it's "multi interface card reader" but that's all... It reads SDHC with no problems, that's what I know for sure.

P.S. I don't expect full speeds, that's not an issue. I just want to be able to read the card on the laptop...

My cf52 mk2 has an sd slot. No Sony memory stick slot at all. You would need to get a usb stick reader.

Thanks, the card reader will do the trick.

toughasnails - thanks but you misunderstood me.

I do need Memory Stick card. It's fastest possible for my camera.

What I need is that my laptop should read Memory Stick. The USB adapters will do the job. I was hoping that the card reader is a multi-card reader...
