    okay, been here a while and purchased a CF-C1 toughscreen in very, very good condition...re-installed the Recovery Disk(s) and notice there is a 32 bit and 64 bit dvd rom recovery option...why? what are the benefits and negatives of each? Why did Panasonic give us a choice?... :)

    Because people want 64bit, the latest and greatest.

    The main benefit, that I know of, is 64bit will address more memory, probably 8gb in the CF-C1. 32bit is limited to approx. 3.25gb.
