Looking at trying out WIn 8 on my CF-19 Mk2, which currently has WIn 7 on it. The Win 8 compatibility tester says that components of the bluetooth stack are incompatible, and sends me to a Toshiba website that wants to install Version 6.x drivers. I had Version 8.x on my CF-19, and then upgraded to version 9 from the CF-19 mk6, but the compatibility tester still wants to downgrade me to Version 6. Anyone have any clue what to do?

I would install W8 and see what happens...it just might work.

I'm getting ready to do what you want just for fun and we'll see what happens. i agree with above, to just back up what is working and try it if you are gameI just upgraded on the CF=-C1 and bluetooth works fine upgrading win7 to win8, i am going to try upgrading from win 7 to win 8 on my mk2 CF19 next week and will let you know. FWIT, my gobi2000 quit working on the cf-c1 when i upgraded, as well as when I went from MK2 CF-19 xp to win7. Worth a try if you have the hard drive and time
