    Wireless G CF 29 Upgrade?

    I'm non techie - but really like my Panasonic Toughbook CF-29 - and it seems it is built with "Wireless G" which is ancient, according to Virgin Media, and only does up to 54.0 mbps. Is it possible to replace something of the mysteries under the armour, to get it to run 'Wireless N' - or even 'Wireless AC' Its a peeve to have 300 mbps available - but not on my CF-29.

    Yes I new that ,the reason why I posted this was back a few years ago Alex and I tested the Engenius card and a "N" card . The Engenius card performed better over all...but that was 2-3 years ago too :(

    I felt the Microtik R2n was the best of both worlds but costs more....If you can find one..

    I do agree that having 802.11N does not always mean faster.....You almost need to have a same brand matched set of router and wifi card to see a real world benefit.
