I have a CF31 that while verifying the device manager noticed that the Chipset driver was not applied. I know you have to follow the sequence/order of the driver(s) loads. Is it possible to update the Chipset after all the other drivers are installed or will this cause instability issues. I did apply it and all seems well but just want to find out before a sysprep. Should I just start from scratch with the XP install?

If you're concerned, just go through Device Manager and uninstall each device, then let it Hardware Scan and reinstall the drivers. Do each device in the same order as your original drivers list.

Yes, there is madness in my method. But there is method to my madness. ;)
