I have a media bay battery installed in my CF28S running xp pro and recently reinstalled the OS, my issue now is whenever the media bay battery is at 0% the computer hibernates on me. I can reboot up and then it's back to normal reading 50% or so odd battery life left between the two with the media battery flatlined and the main at 100%. I have tried a battery refresh, anyone have any ideas here?

It is a known issue with th cf 28
You have to disable all power warnings and standby (or hibernate) on low battery.

You can do so in power scheme settings.

It shows 50% because windows is seeing the two battery's as one (so, 1 fully loaded and one empty = 50%)
