Anyone know if the Y7 has a bluetooth option? From what I gather, the original Japanese release of the Y5 also lacked bluetooth, but the later U.S. offering included it. If the Y7 doesn't offer bluetooth I'm looking for some means of adding bluetooth support that doesn't require a USB dongle. I'm not sure, for instance, what was changed in the U.S. release of the Y5 to accommodate bluetooth.

    Thanks in advance!

Good question - would love to know myself. It may well be that the radio module that supports WWAN (Mobilebroadband aka 3G) also has a bluetooth receiver/trasnmitter. The US Toughbooks have integrated mobile broadband and Japanese ones dont.

The U.S. spec Y5 has bluetooth standard, but the WWAN module is optional, so I would guess that they are separate. Also, one of the U.S. retailers said the WWAN module is installed into the lid.
