Hi, I have an itronix 260+ adapter. Is it compatible with cf 19?
According to this image http://www.salesadapter.com/image/connector/5.5--2.5.jpg cf 19 uses a 2.5mm internal diameter and 5.5mm external diameter, this connector looks very similar to the itronix's one. It should be a common connector used also on acer and other laptops like this

Also I have this car universal adapter 100W2IN1 Universal Laptop Adapter : Supply this Hot Buy Product do you think it will work with a cf-19?

    Thanks

Don't just look at the pin-size, also look at voltages and amperage.

No,I'm looking for one of a CF-19. Sorry if my first post was not clear.

My itronix adapter has yellow tip.

Does someone have some links that explain all about the different connectors, voltage, watt etc of notebook adapters?

Lind Electronics: Power Specialists For Mobile Computing | Lind Electronics sells adapters for a lot of laptops. With a little digging on their site you will be able to sort out what is compatible and what isn't. Check the cable numbers, they give detailed descriptions of the ends.

EDIT: WATCH THE VOLTAGE!! Keep the magic smoke where it belongs.

19 volts will make the magic smoke come out of a Toughbook.
