the actual number on the 3 volt lithium coin cell is BR2330A ...
this is a primary cell and is not rechargeable .
    a secondary cell/battery is rechargeable .

    some info :
    BR-2330A/VAN Panasonic - BSG | P027-ND | DigiKey
yep , you can order these , solder on the connector from the old dead cmos backup cell and bob's yer uncle .
if one shops around , they can be had for a lower price .

any 3 volt primary lithium cell of similar size can be substituted .
it is best to have the type with solder tabs in place ...
soldering the wires directly to the cell is not recommended .

If you would of said something earlier I would of just let that battery go with the motherboard I sent you. I just put in the spare pile.

didn't know that I might need one until yesterday..
This involves a certain very special cf30 mk3 that I posted about on TBT 2 days ago.

I may have just forgot to reset the time in windows afterwards.
    I'll check it again tonight.

If I need one(i have many used ones) I'll buy a new one.
Too much work to try and save $5.00 by a used battery.
